1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ajjili — whether through the website at ajjili.vu, the mobile app, or any affiliated access point — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ajjili following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open and use an ajjili account, you must:

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ajjili. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

Registration Requirements

At registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification

Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo ID and a selfie. KYC is a one-time process for most accounts. ajjili reserves the right to request re-verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately using the email address provided in the footer of this site. ajjili is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ajjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ajjili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any non-PHP payment instrument.

Deposits

Funds may be deposited through supported Philippine payment channels including local bank transfer and online banking. Payment channel availability may change over time and is subject to the options displayed in your account at the time of deposit. You may only deposit from an account or channel registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your registered Philippine bank account or supported payment channel. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in your own name — third-party payouts are not permitted. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. 5 Gameplay and Betting

All games available on ajjili — including casino games, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and slot games — are games of chance and/or skill where outcomes are not guaranteed. By placing any bet, you acknowledge and accept the risk of losing the amount wagered.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes are determined algorithmically and independently. Spin results, card deals, and dice outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet amounts, or any external factor. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can reliably predict or guarantee outcomes.

Bet Finality

Once a bet is confirmed and the game round begins, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Technical issues that interrupt a round in progress are handled in accordance with ajjili's fair play procedures — in most cases, the round result or the return of the stake will be processed based on available data from the point of interruption.

Sports Betting
